For the last day, nobody at my company can bulk download files from WorkDocs browser client - we get an "Error occurred. Please try again" message.
To reproduce:
- Select some files / folders in the browser client
- Click Actions -> Download
- A "starting to download" blue banner popups up at the top of the screen
- Within a few seconds, a black "Error occurred. Please try again" banner replaces the blue banner
- No files are successfully downloaded
Note that the desktop client works fine. We're trying to solve this issue mostly for our Linux users, who do not have a desktop client.
We have tried across Windows, Mac, and Linux on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. None of them work.
Anyone seen this issue before?
