If you have any additional questions, we can assist you personally when you create a ticket. Please submit a ticket to the AWS Training & Certification customer support team, and they will provide assistance. If you already submitted a case, please allow at least 48 hrs to get a response.
It is because your exam submission has been disqualified for having committed some fault. Perhaps looking to the side after a few warnings, or muttering or reading aloud, etc.
I would recommend that you call the same exam provider (pearson vue) and that they send you the report of why they invalidated your exam. Then claim with AWS Certification support
