Event sent for RDS Cluster Snapshot copy

I have to roll my own cross account backup service due to Amazon BackUp limitations.

I have it almost ready there is one missing piece. When I copy an automated snapshot, so that it can be shared with another account, I need to receive an event once it's complete.

For an instance snapshot this is no problem, RDS-EVENT-0197 is sent. However, if I copy a cluster snapshot no event is sent. Is this expected behaviour?

RDS Cluster events doesn't have an event category for snapshot copy job. Hope it helps and if it does, I would appreciate if answer can be accepted so that community can benefit for clarity when searching for similar enquirers in repost, thank you ;)
