AWS Textract Install issue

Amazon Textract console used to work for my partner. Now he cannot find a link to open the upload a document. All he gets is a Demo.

Can you advise me as his account seems not to be working.

How do I install the necessary files for my imc running Ventura.

Sorry for inconvenience caused to you. Can you please share the screenshots of the error and steps that you are following along with the accountId from which this was tried ? Please share these information via the AWS customer support.
