On Premises router unable to learn AWS BGP routes

On your on-prem router is the BGP neighbour with AWS in the established state? If not check if the BGP authentication password is set correctly and the peering IP are correct and of course your ASN . You need to check from these settings under the virtual interfaces from Direct Connect services menu.
