pg_repack extension upgrade failure

I have upgraded my Postgresql RDS from 12.7 to 13.5 and I'm able to upgrade the available extensions like pg_stat_statements, ltree, etc expect for pg_repack.

Default version: 1.4.6

Installed version: 1.4.5

When I try to upgrade pg_repack extensions using sql statement

ALTER EXTENSION "pg_repack" UPDATE TO '1.4.6';

Error message:

[22023] ERROR: extension "pg_repack" has no update path from version "1.4.5" to version "1.4.6"

I'm not sure how to solve this issue with RDS.

Looks like **pg_repack ** does not have update path.

If you are upgrading from a previous version of pg_repack or pg_reorg, just drop the old version from the database as explained and install the new version.

I will send a PR to update this note on their AWS upgrade documentation.
