I have an Issue with my lightsail database

My account was previously suspended due tolate payment, that mean all my instance were deactivated. on paying my lightsail database could not be accessed. I have attached the screenshot for the same. I was able to request the snapshot but it seems I cant be able to create another database.error I get when deleting the instance to create a new on

Error message am getting

Hi,

To Delete the Unknown status Databases which cannot be accessed anymore due to account suspension:

  • Step 1: Go to page https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/webapp/home/databases
  • Step 2: Click the ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the Database name and choose Delete
  • Step 3: While deleting be sure to not check the checkbox for create snapshot -> because a snapshot from this inaccessible database cannot be created anymore (see image below)

Next, to create a new Database from the restored snapshots saved before account was suspended

  • Step 1: Go to page https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/webapp/home/snapshots
  • Step 2: Scroll down to section titled Database snapshots
  • Step 3: Find the name of the Unknown status database
  • Step 4: Expand the dropdown section below it, and click the three dots under Actions (see image below)
  • Step 5: Click Create new database and follow through on the next prompts
