Hi,
To Delete the Unknown status Databases which cannot be accessed anymore due to account suspension:
- Step 1: Go to page https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/webapp/home/databases
- Step 2: Click the ellipsis icon (
three dots) next to the Database name and chooseDelete - Step 3: While deleting be sure to not check the checkbox for
create snapshot-> because a snapshot from this inaccessible database cannot be created anymore (see image below)
Next, to create a new Database from the restored snapshots saved before account was suspended
- Step 1: Go to page https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/webapp/home/snapshots
- Step 2: Scroll down to section titled
Database snapshots - Step 3: Find the name of the
Unknownstatus database - Step 4: Expand the dropdown section below it, and click the
three dotsunderActions(see image below) - Step 5: Click
Create new databaseand follow through on the next prompts
