Based on the Lambda pricing page: Data transferred “in” to and “out” of your AWS Lambda functions, from outside the region the function executed, will be charged at the Amazon EC2 data transfer rates as listed under "Data transfer".
In the EC2 pricing page: Data Transfer OUT From Amazon EC2 To Amazon CloudFront $0.00 per GB.
So there is no charge for the data transferred from Lambda URLs to CloudFront.
