Connect a database hosted on Amazon RDS with a private subnet to PowerBI?

I have a database on Amazon RDS with a private subnet, whenever i try to connect it to powerbi it does not establish a connection. Kindly help me in figuring out a way to connect my database or establish a connection to it locally.
