I can't login AWS Skill builder with my Amazon account.

I have successfully logged in using my regular Amazon account, but whenever I tried to sign in in this link: https://explore.skillbuilder.aws/learn/signin I always got a message that "Something went wrong".
I cannot login or signup either. Skillsbuilder was down all of last week and I assume this is related. AWS are providing absolutely zero information about this. I contacted them - no reponse.
