Lambda (NET6) Uploading zip timeout

I am developing Lambda (NET6). When upload a zip I receive an error
Timeout
pm2aws.zip
34.84 MB
I tried to upload later but again the same error.
P.S. I have tried to upload the zip using Brave, Vivaldi browsers. The same timeout error.
After a few minutes uploading:
D:>aws lambda update-function-code --function-name pm2suppliers --cli-connect-timeout 6000 --zip-file fileb://D:/MyAWS/pm2aws.zip
An error occurred (UnrecognizedClientException) when calling the UpdateFunctionCode operation: The security token included in the request is invalid.
