Amazon Bedrock models access revoked all of a sudden

Hi everyone! I've used Bedrock foundation models for several months already. One day I signed in to the console to find out, that almost all of the models (except Mistral models) are gone and I can't request access anymore. I'm getting this error on the top: Access request for 1 models failed • Claude 3 Haiku - The system encountered an unexpected error during processing. Try your request again. In the browser console it's just saying server error 500. I didn't receive any email notifications or communication on that matter.

I can't request Claude and Llama models specifically. For example, requesting Amazon models works! Just to be clear: I have had access to all Claude models since the day they appeared in Bedrock service.

Support told me it's because my tax address is Russian, though it's not true, it has always been Serbian address as I live in Serbia and use Serbia-issued bank card to pay for AWS. In reply to this they recommended me to post my question here or create a ticket with the paid support.

Is there anyone else facing the same issue?
