I can't run MTurk because of an AWS limit but I have never used this AWS account before

As per the "How does billing for MTurk work," section of the MTurk FAQ's, which you can read here: https://www.mturk.com/help#how_aws_billing. "After linking your AWS Account with your MTurk Account, please contact us to request a limit increase on your AWS MTurk account for your expected usage."
