Error when Importing ssl certificates. Step 1: Input certificate details

I am trying to import the ssl certificate into aws, they are asking for Certificate details Info, such as certificate body, private key, and certificate chain. I Paste the PEM-encoded certificate. I keep getting the error message "The certificate body provided is not in a valid PEM format" and it won't allow me to go to next step. There seem to be no issue with Certificate private key, I am only getting error with Certificate body.

Hi, this can be for multiple reasons. 1.First convert you crt file with pem format openssl x509 -in In private.crt -out private.pem -outform PEM similarly covert intermediate and rootca cert file also, 2.Also, make sure the certificate chain file has correct sequence, follow this sequence. cat inter.pem RootCA.pem > ca-bundle.pem
