Thank you for posting you issue of concern here.
I am not quite sure about what you did to the instance, but something you need to note when Stopping and starting your instance the public IPV4 address of your instance changes, so after restarting your instance you must use the new IPV4 that is allocated to the instance because if you are using the old one before the restarting of the instance it's not going to work, instead it will time out, otherwise it's a best practice to use an Elastic IP address instead of a public IP address when routing external traffic to your instance.

No I can not change Anything After the month change its suddenly showing time out. Should i stop or start instance. Because I Afraid to lose my WordPress data i already created website in this kindly please help.

Before you stop and start the instance, I can advise that you first take or create an image of the instance, An image (also referred to as an AMI) defines the programs and settings that are applied when you launch an EC2 instance, You can create an image from the configuration of an existing instance, then after you created the image you can stop the instance. While the instance still stopping you can use the image to launch a new instance and you will still have your website running, Then try to start the original one and try to connect and see if you are winning.
To create the image, you can open the console and go to the checkbox of the instance and select it, then go to action, image and template and then go to create image
