Are there any problems with EFS in the eu-west-1 region? At around 2:40 UTC we started having problems with our EFS mount (Zone ID: euw1-az2). Mounting the EFS with the efs helper program gives the following messages:
# /bin/mount -t efs -o tls fs-1f72d3d6:/ /efs
mount.nfs4: Connection reset by peer
Failed to initialize TLS tunnel for fs-1f72d3d6
