I'm getting failed to load error over and over can't start nothing and can't do nothing

hi, my account is new when i start i'm getting failed to load error alot nothing is loading and i'm keep getting these error, this error occurred on my pc only when i try my laptop everything is working fine with no error and they both are on the same network, when i pressed inspect i got some 403 and 400 error, i recognized that is Firewall problem or DNS or something else the problem is not on AWS it's on my pc but i couldn't find a solution. I really dont know what to do i tried shutting down the antivirus and firewall, i changed my browser but still nothing singing out, restarting my pc but nothing. please i want help with this problem
