Email tracking settings configuration

Hi team,

I was trying to configure the tracking option on amazon, described in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6tfGHzlbHxc&t=57s . but when it comes to the part to click on the link from the email received to confirm the subscription (min 1:43), when i click on the link i receive this message:
