Unable to Login to Skill Builder Due to Lost MFA Code

Hello AWS Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am encountering an issue with accessing Skill Builder due to the loss of my MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) code. While I possess my login credentials (ID and password), I am unable to proceed as the MFA code, which I previously used for authentication, is no longer available to me.

Could you kindly assist me in regaining access to Skill Builder without the MFA code? I understand the importance of security measures, and I'm willing to provide any necessary information to confirm my identity and ownership of the account.

Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated as I rely on Skill Builder for my tasks.

Sorry to hear that. I would suggest you contact Support by filling out this form. However, there is no guarantee that you will be able to recover your account as per documentation, if you lose access to all registered MFA devices, you will be unable to recover your AWS Builder ID.
