I hope this message finds you well. I am encountering an issue with accessing Skill Builder due to the loss of my MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) code. While I possess my login credentials (ID and password), I am unable to proceed as the MFA code, which I previously used for authentication, is no longer available to me.
Could you kindly assist me in regaining access to Skill Builder without the MFA code? I understand the importance of security measures, and I'm willing to provide any necessary information to confirm my identity and ownership of the account.
