We have SAAS based platform which contains socket based communiction for chats. We are facing the issue of disconnection every now and then. And this exists both for lightsail instances as well as EC2. Please note that even the instances are separate and each instance has its own socket server still sometimes we noticed these go down atonce. Could there be any possiblity that the AWS network cause any such disconnection. Or do we need to add any IP addition in VPC security group or so to make sure the things go smooth. Please advise.
