One of our email templates aren’t sending

We have 6 email templates. All have been working fine for about 5 years until we tried to do our season launch and one of our templates isn’t being sent. It’s definitely being triggered. Has anyone had this occuring? The email template had links in it which have never had any problem but we removed them anyway in case it was harming our reputation. How can we build up history with this new template? Would this be what’s stopping this template only? Seems strange.
