How can i reboot MSK Cluster

Is there a way to reboot MSK cluster, it got stuck at updating, and we needed to reboot one of our brokers. Please help this is a production cluster. This has took more than 2 hours updating

Here is the link to follow for rebooting the broker. It has options to do it via Console, CLI & API. Check it out and this should help.

I tried it, and i got the below response.
An error occurred (BadRequestException) when calling the RebootBroker operation: This operation is only valid for resources that are in one of the following states :[ACTIVE]
