Hi, as you've mentioned switching to a non-private chrome tab solved the problem, it could be a browser session issue or credential issue. please open a support ticket, sounds there could be something wrong with your user permissions on that account
The issue was that I was running this notebook under an incognito chrome tab, switching to a non-private chrome tab solves the problem
