log_checkpoints on by default in Aurora PostgreSQL

In Version 15.3 of Aurora PostgreSQL, log_checkpoints is on by default, It was off in Version 14. There parameter is not visible in the Cluster Parameter Group and it is causing a lot of writing to the log.

How do I turn this setting off?
