Lightsail SSL Installation not being successful, and could not make the code work 'sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh start' any help is appreciated.

I was installing the SSL using the commands listed in the article https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/docs/en_us/articles/amazon-lightsail-using-lets-encrypt-certificates-with-wordpress, I have followed everything perfectly until Step 7 and was successfully able to run all the commands except 'sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh start' where I returned with the following error : "Job for bitnami.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status bitnami.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details."

I also have followed the reply from this: https://repost.aws/questions/QUyF9YyvpTSkWbKzWdFr0TaA/ssl-certificate-install-gone-wrong, with no luck to turn on the servers. Please do help me with getting my servers back to work.
