Domain Registration Pending despite Invoice Receipt and Support Case Submission

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a domain through AWS, and while I've received a GST invoice via email, the bill status remains pending even after two days. Additionally, I raised a support case this morning regarding the issue, but it hasn't been assigned yet.

Could someone please advise on what steps I should take next to expedite the domain registration process or escalate my support case? Has anyone encountered a similar delay in domain registration despite receiving an invoice?

Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
