Cloud9: How To Remove "Add Debug Configuration" which has been injected at the top of all my functions

HI, I have been using Cloud9 for a long time, since well before it was acquired by AWS.
A few days ago, in all of my Cloud9 Editor windows, the following non-editable text has been injected at the top of all functions in Python and Javascript:
This is pretty distracting, and I can't figure out how to turn it off. Does anyone know how to remove it?

Hi! Thanks for reporting this. It appears to be a bug on Cloud9 side and the team is working on resolving this. We'll keep this thread updated. If you want to disable this you can go to Preferences -> AWS Settings -> AWS Toolkit and switch off the toggle and reload the IDE.

The fix has been deployed in Cloud9 and you should not see this added text in Javascript / Python code.
