I figured it out on my own. I just ran the following commands in PowerShell for AWS:
To get the EnvironmentId:
Get-EBEnvironment | Where EnvironmentName -like "Your environment" | Select EnvironmentId
To terminate the environment:
Stop-EBEnvironment -EnvironmentId xxxx
