Cannot choose Titan Text Embeddings V2 through Knowledge Bases Amazon Bedrock Console ?

I try building AWS bedrock knowledgebase on us-east-1 region, I required Amazon Titan Text Embeddings v2 that support Thai language , you can see screenshot in step#2 , I didn't foud Amazon Titan Text Embeddings v2 on embedding model select , It only provide me with Titan Text Embeddings G1 model.
***How to enable Amazon Titan Text Embeddings v2 on console to create KB. ***
The below indicate that I already activated Amazon Titan Text Embeddings v2

Hello.
As stated in the document below, as of May 2024, "Amazon Titan Text Embeddings v2" is not supported in the Vector Store.
