Security Hub Org is currently being prepared for use with Centralized Configuration, try again later

Question

Hi everyone,
AWS has just released the "Central configuration" in Security Hub.
But when I tried to set up "Central configuration" in Security Hub for my organization, I got the error from AWS: "Org is currently being prepared for use with Centralized Configuration, try again later" and it happened for 1 month.
When I tried to inspect the browser and see the error:
     securityhub.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/organization/configuration:1    
     Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Hi everyone, Today, the error message was changed and it recommended I delegate Security Hub to another account before setting up Central Monitoring in Security Hub. I did as recommended and it worked now.

Hello.

Have you achieved the three prerequisites listed in the document below?  
https://aws.amazon.com/jp/blogs/security/introducing-new-central-configuration-capabilities-in-aws-security-hub/  
> 1. Enable AWS Config in the accounts and Regions where you plan to enable Security Hub. (For more information on how to optimize AWS Config configuration for Security Hub usage, see this blog post.)  
> 2. Turn on Security Hub in your AWS Organizations management account at least in one Region where you plan to use Security Hub.
> 3. Use your Organizations management account to delegate an administrator account for Security Hub.
