Hi,
You can request a contiguous block of Elastic IP addresses by cutting a ticket to VPC team. You can open a case with Premium support and they can work with internal team to get assigned the contiguous EIPs for your account in desired region. You can request for IP address up to /24 subnet size. I hope this information helps.

Thanks, i am newbie still, how can I cut the ticket to VPC team? I am in US-East1, I don't have premium support subscribed.
