Hello. Try to check security groups: have you allowed inbound 80 and 443 ports and from which ip source?
Here is a list of most common used rules. Just apply same rules as you could see for Web Sever use case. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/security-group-rules-reference.html
