URL to Delete Workspaces isn't working?

I have a workspace that I can start and use so I can get the name and id of the work space. I go the AWS login page and select "Root User", put in my email, get past the security check, and enter my password. I then go to [Workspaces console](WorkSpaces console) as described here but the page says "Get Started Now" as if I have no Workspaces. I want to delete things so I don't get charged for them later. Similar things happen if I try and follow the Delete the directory for your WorkSpaces
