I'm sorry to hear your experiencing problems with receiving mail, there can be multiple issues for this and here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot your problem:
- Check the MX record for your domain. Ensure your MX record points to WorkMail and only to WorkMail. For the value of the MX record you can check the domain details page. This page will also tell you if the value is incorrect.
- If you MX record is correct but mail is not landing in your mailbox it might be a problem with the inbound flow. A simple step to ensure all rules in SES to process your inbound mail are correct is to add your domain in the WorkMail console. Just re-add the domain which will trigger a workflow to check that everything is correct.
- If both these are correct and mail is still not arriving you can check if there are any Mail flow rules in the WorkMail console or if there are any mailbox rules.
