Unable to access Amazon Transcribe

Greetings,
 I set up a free account 24 hours ago to test Amazon Transcribe, but every time I try to create a transcription job I get the error "The AWS Access Key Id needs a subscription for the service".

I followed the instructions in a previous post I found [here](https://repost.aws/questions/QUXvknOZQbTR61YFuP0GBDcg/amazon-transcribe-the-aws-access-key-id-needs-a-subscription-for-the-service), but nothing is working.

Appreciate any help on this.

This error message "The AWS Access Key Id needs a subscription for the service" with HTTP status code 403 indicates that your AWS account may not be properly set up to use Amazon Transcribe.

Here are some potential solutions:

1. Verify that your AWS account is fully activated. Sometimes new accounts require additional verification before all services become available.

2. Check that you're in a supported AWS Region for Amazon Transcribe. Not all AWS services are available in every region.

3. If you're using an IAM user or role, ensure it has the necessary permissions to access Amazon Transcribe. Your policies may need to be updated to include permissions for Amazon Transcribe actions.

4. You might need the `iam:PassRole` permission if your transcription job requires passing a role to Amazon Transcribe to access your resources.

5. For new accounts, there can sometimes be a delay before all services are fully accessible, even though you've created the account 24 hours ago.
