I have an EC2 instance (i-84e578c7) that has crashed/stuck for hours. It was initially failing the health checks. Tried to reboot it and that does not seem to work. I was able to force-stop and start it again and now it says running but the instance is not reachable over ssh.
Can you please try to see what is happening and try to reboot the instance?
It has been down for hours.
