AWS Cloudwatch Synthetic canary test failing with: Error: connect ETIMEDOUT

We have the same test running in multiple regions of our AWS cloudwatch but only one region(Hong Kong) is failing.

The errors it is providing is as follows:

• [Errno 104] Connection reset by peer (basic health check )
• No test result returned.Connection timed out after 60000ms (basic health check )
• Error: read ECONNRESET Stack: Error: read ECONNRESET at TLSWrap.onStreamRead (internal/stream_base_commons.js:209:20) at TLSWrap.callbackTrampoline (internal/async_hooks.js:130:1 (Multiform request with sync & async checks )

But we have made no changes or alterations to the tests so it has been tricky to pinpoint the issue. Any ideas or starting points would be very much appreciated.
