AWS should not take capital letters in DNS URL

The use of capital letters in ELB fields for DNS URLs is mainly about compatibility. It’s about adhering to different DNS standards and allowing for potential instances where uppercase letters might be used in DNS names such as legacy systems or applications. Allowing capital letters provides the necessary flexibility for naming conventions and ensures compatibility with applications and infrastructure.
