Inquiries about how to refresh MFA settings again

Previously, I set up an MFA and used it to log in, but I couldn't log in all of a sudden, so I contacted your company and solved it. However, the previous MFA setting has disappeared. I want to set up MFA again and use it, so please tell me how to do it. Thank you.
