Amazon SES - Email Delivery Issues

Hi,

We have recently moved to A-SES and in about two weeks time find our emails being rejected by all Microsoft Domains (Hotmail, Outlook, Live). We have requested support from MS but no resolution from the yet. Any ideas on why this is happened and how to fix it will highly appreciated.

However, based off of the problem that you've described, it sounds like there might be an issue with the email recipient's server. You can check this by configuring Amazon SNS notifications for Amazon SES that will alert you in case of failure. Follow the steps in this article to set up alerts: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/configure-sns-notifications.html
