According to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/bedrock/latest/userguide/batch-inference-supported.html, Claude Opus 4.6 is supported but it doesn't say if 4.7 is supported yet. Generally, AWS does not announce availability date prior to a feature's availability.
AWS never releases timelines of whne features will be deployed to random poeple on a public forum. Ask your account team.
