[AWS Translate custom terminology]Multiple source text to single target text

For my source language, multiple term would like to translate with one target terms. Anyways to do that? I tried to use custom terminology .csv within multi-rows hope to made it happen, but its not ok.

My custom file:

• zh, en, id
• 办, SAMPLE, Sampel
• 样板, SAMPLE, Sampel

But the outcome was (zh translate to id):

• 办 => Sampel
• 样板 => model
