Salesforce OmniChannel Softphone for Connect

I have Connect running in Salesforce ok...when I go into OmniChannel and click the softphone it shows a button to login to connect there in the OmniChannel SoftPhone...when I click that I get another browser window pop outside of my browser to login with. I login ok there but the softphone UI stays in that browser window and OmniChannel SoftPhone is blank...it never shows up in the softphone in the OmniChannel Console. Any thoughts?

Dan, you were correct, I had whitelisted the Lightning URL but not the Console. Thanks.

As Dan pointed out RTFM carefully ;) You have to whitelist the URL for the CONSOLE not the Lighting Page
