AWS Rejecting SES production mode access

We had raised SES production request at that time we didnt provide adequate information due to which they had rejected our request. After testing things in sandbox mode we again raised case to aws support, with all the details of handling bounces, DKIM verification,testing in sandbox, whatever details that is required.

But now team just mark case as resolved and didnt provide production access, we have been asking them reason, but they dont respond. We also raised ticket in aws support through developer plan, they are also marking as resolved. At-least they should provide us reason or look into our case, so that we can conclude so that move to other email services.

Can someone please advise.

  • Hello Elle G, We have not received any updates from the SES team. A response from the AWS team would be appreciated, as it would provide clarity on whether we should continue using SES or explore alternative third-party mail services. Having clear communication on the status of our request will assist us in making informed decisions regarding our email service provider.

For those who come to this post later. We didn't find any response why AWS rejected our request for production access, we took follow up, but nobody responded. Thus we had to sendgrid email service, which provides good support.
