Turning on Performance Insights for RDS MySQL instance

Question

I am trying to turn on Performance Insights for our RDS MySQL Community Instance (Engine Version 8.0.33), following the instructions at [https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/USER_PerfInsights.Enabling.html](Turning Performance Insights on).

However, when I click on Modify on the instance, I don't see the section for Performance Insights. 
Can someone help understand why this might be happening?

Hello.

What instance class are you selecting for your RDS instance?  
Performance Insights cannot be enabled if you select an instance class listed in the following document.  
If you select an instance class other than the one below, the Performance Insights section will be displayed.
