Custom build and containerize cognitive services to run on prem ( Speech, vision, image etc)

Thanks for reaching out. Since this question is for multiple different services, I can try providing an answer for Amazon Rekognition. We are not currently supporting custom build and containerized of cognitive services to run on premise. So far we have not yet received customer request on extending support for that.
