How long does Developer Support take to respond? 4 days and yet unassigned

We have AWS Developer support plan. I posted a question to them 5 calendar days ago. It is still sitting as unassigned. It seems like the SLA is less 24 hours for general guidance and less than 12 hours for system impaired.

Granted it has been 3 business days, does anyone know how long the typical wait time is for AWS Developer support to respond to a support ticket?

  • With a developer support, I don't see the option of asking AWS Support for a phone call or chat support. It is more disappointing than frustrating to have to use re:Post to ask for help about AWS Support being unresponsive.
