Iam not able to register for an APN account because truillo does not work

Try these steps:

• Ensure your APN profile name and address match your ID exactly. Include middle names if they appear on your document.
• Avoid glares or shadows on the ID card. Place the ID on a dark, matte surface rather than holding it in your hand to ensure all four corners are visible and no security features are obscured.
• Make sure your selfie is taken in neutral lighting without glasses (unless worn in the ID photo) to improve the biometric match rate.
