connectivity to docker registry suddenly stopped

Question

Hello,  Suddenly I was not able to do any docker builds.  It seems that I am blocked from reaching registry-1.docker.io.  Any thoughts?  thx

1.Check the internet gateway has been attached to this subnet level:34.226.69.105
2.Check Firewall/Network Policies: Sometimes firewalls or network policies can block access to certain external IP addresses or domains.
