How do we access the dev blog in the release notes link?

What is needed to access the dev blog linked on the Release Notes Page? Whenever I click https://aws-blogs-prod.amazon.com/gamedev/ on that page I get the following error.

The following page on the developers guide also links to the wrong blog and gives the same error.
